Just about any of the Kava powders will do the trick. You just need to use 3 tablespoons instead of the usual 2. When you make Kava powder in the traditional way, i always love how you have complete control over the strength of your drink.

Thats a great question. The kava root only capsules are just what they sound like, simply powdered kava root inside a cellulose capsule. The 30% kavalactone capsules (I think this is the product you were referring to) contain kavalactone extract, which means that it is more concentrated and contain more active ingredient in each capsule. Since kava affects everyone differently it is hard to say which would be better for managing your pain/anxiety but the kavalactone 30% do pack a bit more punch in each capsule.
Unfortunately we are no longer carrying 80% capsules. Sorry!

This stuff is making my sleep MUCH better,,,,
I always used to write my dreams down, studied Jung etc. However since an operation , and the accompanying pain meds I stopped dreaming altogether. Drugged sleep is better than no sleep at all , but…. not very restful.

I smashed my pelvis two years ago , two operations…osteoporosis, etc. etc. WAkEUP call. I got away from the oxycontin pretty quick,
but pain and anxiety kept me running for the Tramadol. The bad news is Tramadol makes you stupid and forgetful to an embarrassing degree. The surgeon had told me not to take ibuprofen as it impedes bone healing…however you have to take something for pain…?
