This Powdered Tongan Variety Powdered Kava Root from Happy Kava brand has matured for over five years, and has a very interesting and unique kavalactone/chemotype line up of 6-4-3. This provides an extremely smooth, mellow, and pleasurable experience.* This Powdered Tongan Kava typically has a Kavalactone percentage around 12% – 14%.

Choose an 8 or 16 ounces package.

Directions: 1 tablespoon 3 times per day. Do not exceed 1 tablespoons per serving. Daily dosage not to exceed 3 tablespoons. Maximum period of daily use: 3 months. Use may resume for 3 months after a 2-week break.

Instructions: For each serving, place 1 tablespoon in 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Blend for 5 minutes (electric or by hand) before straining and drinking. Enjoy!
