Directions: For Kava bars, simply add 1 cup of Instant Kava Mix (1 cups = 1/4 lb = 4 ounces = 114 grams) to 1 gallon of water for a nice, strong INSTANT Kava drink.  Typically, it takes 3-4 shells at this potency to provide a very pleasant Kava experience that will last a few hours.  Always be sure to add coconut water or milk, or a natural additive such as soy lecithin or our organic Kava Blender to maximize the Kavalactone extraction.
