If your package has been returned to us and you’ve already contacted Customer Service to arrange reshipment, please add this item to your cart to purchase a new shipping label.
Once this fee has been paid and we’ve received the original package back at our facility, our shipping team will resend your full order. Please add your original Order Number (6-digits) to the *Order Notes* section at checkout.
Please note: Reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. This includes returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or carrier-related delivery issues.
